I forgot to add my discount code. Is it too late?
We will try to help you! Just contact us and provide us with your order number and the discount code you wish to be added to your order and we will be happy to add it for you. Note that this is only valid up for 24 hours from the time of your purchase.
How do I know if my order was successful?
When you make a purchase with TFCFashion.com, we will send you a confirmation email with the details. If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder and if you still can’t find anything, please contact us.
Can I add or change something in my order after I placed it?
It depends. Please contact us as soon as you wish to make a change, and unless the order is processed and shipped we will do our best to help you.
I just received an e-mail saying that my order is cancelled. Why?
On this rare occasion, it is most likely a question of the item quickly went out of stock. You have the choice of waiting until it is back in stock or getting a refund paid back within 5-7 business days depending on the method of payment. Please contact us with more questions or concerns.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, right next to the item you are looking to purchase you can find the size guide. The measurements are in centimeters according to the metric system.
I’ve received my order, but I am not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?

I have waited almost two weeks for my order. Is it lost?
Hopefully not, but sometimes unfortunate things happen with packages. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order in 10 business days, and we will investigate what is going on.
